Music at the Farmers Market

Here at the Crescent City Farmers Market we not only pride ourselves in supporting local food vendors and farmers, but musicians as well! Our markets serve as a safe, outdoor space for community members, vendors, and musicians alike to enjoy an uplifting shopping experience with local performances and music. With funding from grants and other organizations, we are able to host monthly performances that help to preserve, promote, and disseminate the cultural heritage of New Orleans and the surrounding areas of Louisiana while supporting the culture bearers of our city. Check out our Events calendar below to see who is performing each month.

Musician Application

Are you a musician interested in performing at the Crescent City Farmers Market? CCFM operates three weekly markets around New Orleans where community members can shop for fresh, local food. To enhance the shopper experience, we regularly host performances by local musicians at our markets. When performing at CCFM, musicians are asked to perform for at least two hours. Performing at CCFM is a great way to connect with the community! Please see our website for more details on past performances at market.
